What is Title 24?

Title 24 defines the energy efficiency standards for residential and non-residential buildings in California (including new construction, remodeling, addition and commercial buildings).

These efficiency standards reduce energy costs, increase reliability and availability of electricity, improve building occupant comfort, and reduce impacts to the environment making Title 24 standards important and necessary for California’s energy future.

What is Acceptance Testing?

Acceptance tests determine whether specific lighting components, equipment, and systems conform to the criteria set forth in the 2013 Building Energy Efficiency Standards.  They ensure the job site is Title 24, section 6, code compliant.

To ensure the equipment, controls and systems operate as required, Title 24 acceptance tests include:

  • Quick Turnaround to the City and State
  • Fast Response Time to Schedule an Inspection
  • Multiple Certified Technicians Available to Meet your Schedule
  • Credit Cards Accepted to Expedite Service
